Sessions can be spaced to suit your needs, That may be one session per trimester or perhaps you prefer all 3 sessions in the final trimester to prep you just before birth.
2 birth prep sessions completed in the comfort of your own home, We will prepare with practical support for your journey and prepare together for your birth.
On call to attend your birth from 38 weeks until delivery.
2 postpartum support sessions where you will be provided with a welcome home care package, Emotional support during the early postpartum days alongside in home domestic support to assist with your rest and recovery
