My work centres on thoughtful preparation and informed choice. I support women who value understanding their options, trusting their instincts, and making decisions that align with their values — without pressure, fear-based narratives, or rigid philosophies.

I work across two pathways:

• In-person doula support for women who want full, hands-on birth support
• Virtual 1:1 birth preparation for women who want personalised guidance without committing to a traditional doula package

My role is to provide calm, grounded support — whether that’s through personalised birth preparation, ongoing guidance, or in-the-moment support. I work alongside you, adapting to your needs as they evolve, and holding space for both the practical and emotional aspects of birth.
